Jennifer Lueker DuCharme is an attorney practicing in Northwest Arkansas focusing on the areas of bankruptcy, family law and social security disability. She graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2007, where she was a Law Review Candidate. She is currently a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Northwest Arkansas Debtor/Creditor Bar, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas as well as in the United States District Court, Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas. She performs pro bono legal work in her community by assisting clients of both the Peace at Home Women’s Shelter and Legal Aid of Arkansas.
Jennifer is dedicated to turning the ideal of helping clients into a reality. She understands that this aim cannot be met without first listening to her clients and gaining an understanding of not only their obstacles but also their goals. Finding solutions to immediate problems is only getting part of the job done. Jennifer strives to provide her clients with both excellent legal results and personal service in order to make a positive difference in their lives. She does this by treating each case individually rather than as one of many. She personally returns phone calls, meets clients face-to-face, and takes the extra time to make sure clients are fully informed and have their questions truthfully answered. Her greatest professional accomplishment is that the people she has represented often express that they were scared or dreaded talking to a lawyer but now are glad they did.
